Our Client's Digital Media Group is looking for a seasoned Sr. Interactive Designer to join its growing internal, interactive agency. The role requires expertise in Marketing campaigns and interactive UI/UX to create breakthrough brand experiences. Our favorite candidates are obsessed with the merging of exceptional design, concepts, and flawless user experience to create designs that “feel” right. While pushing the latest design and technology trends, you keep in mind the less-adapted end users to ensure their experience is equally exceptional. You will transform strategic business initiatives into compelling, engaging creative seen weekly by millions.

Core Duties/Responsibilities:
• Support vision for marketing projects
• Ability to translate user and business needs into an exceptional interactive experience
• Develop/execute industry-leading creative concepts
• Reports to Art Director
• Experienced at working with Art Directors to translate consumer insights into actionable creative strategies and breakthrough concepts that drive business results
• Responsible for the content layout, pixel-perfect visual appearance/interactivity across a multi-screen experience (desktop, mobile, TV)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain current project obligations,and help grow the existing business
• Share responsibility for new design efforts, collaborate with creative and marketing teams in crafting pitches for new creative work
• Demonstrate multi-disciplinary approach to creative problem-solving
• Understand and effectively communicate/implement creative concepts that reflect the company’s creative and business philosophy, methodology and capabilities
• Demonstrate foresight by understanding emerging tools, technology and business practices for the digital medium, and learning the application of these tools and practices
• Strive to be a thought leader and advanced practitioner in creative tools and tactics
• Be based in our New York City office
