-Collaborate with Sr. Account Executive and extended team in development of creative from initiation through completion
-Brief development; creative and implementation oversight; high-level project plans; value-added program ideas
-Hands-on execution of select day to day project needs
-Partner with client and extended team on development of tactical plans to support brand strategic imperatives
-Monitor competitive landscape to keep a pulse on what the marketplace is doing; leverage knowledge to provide ongoing recommendations
-Help set client workflow expectations and monitor workload/staffing needs
-Oversee Sr. AE and Traffic Coordinator/PM working on the RM and launch initiatives
•Interpret creative briefs in order to lead communication strategies and implement marketing efforts.
•Leverage knowledge and understanding of graphic design, creative and production to facilitate effective communication between client and departmental teams.
•Partner with outside agencies to manage promotional and marketing efforts for all clients.
•Negotiate timelines and ensure all deadlines are maintained.
•Work closely with Associate Director and Manager, Account Management and Traffic, defining specific needs of the business and identifying additional areas of client service and cost savings.
•Collaborates on creative development and direction with client, design and production teams.
•Serve as the interface between therapeutic brand and Creative teams to design and implement professional media campaigns.
••10+ year’s professional ad agency account management experience supporting pharmaceutical/biotech clients including print, direct marketing campaigns, online, and interactive••
Must have strategic marketing experience supporting pharmaceutical client’s therapeutic franchises.
Heavy Direct to Consumer (DTC) and/or Direct To Professional (DTP) marketing campaigns required.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, coupled with the ability to multitask effectively.
Team player with excellent relationship-building skills and ability to lead cross functional teams.
Operates effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Adept at crisis management; resourceful and solution oriented.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills a must.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Working knowledge of Pharmaceutical Regulatory, Legal and Compliance guidelines
