Sr. Interaction Designers WANTED NOW

Our Client is looking for a Senior Interactive Designer comprised of agency, digital and eCommerce work.

You should be strategic, articulate and extremely organized.

A team player who can work closely with Creative Leads, Art Directors, UX, SEO and Mobile team is a necessity.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design
• Advanced level skill with Photoshop / Illustrator


Duties:
• Roles is promotionally focused
• Experience working in an Agile work stream highly preferred.
• Looking for highly developed innovation skills
• Role responsible for promotion and web design
• Responsible for digital couponing: program where consumer can browse coupons that connect to their customer reward program.
• Works very closely with UX and copywriters.
• Responsible for other promo projects with includes working with outside vendors and negotiating program design details.
• MUST HAVE digital experience and preferably e-commerce experience.
• Collaborates fluidly
• Clean communicator
• Takes direction well and is able to present ideas and solutions
• Ability to employ critical thinking and sound judgment when making decisions about visual design, especially in cases where direction is absent or incomplete; i.e. being comfortable with creating output without perfect input.
• Work closely with UX and product teams to concept solutions and work with wireframes to produce high-fidelity visual design.
• Solid understanding of brand standards and style guide and how to apply to the visual design.
• Solid understanding of user experience and interaction design – how to craft an interaction that will intuitively lead a user through a flow. Must have a good eye for design and attention to detail.
• Willingness to listen to constructive criticism and make changes according to feedback delivered by account staff and/or creative director.
• Ability to employ critical thinking and sound judgment when making decisions about visual design, especially in cases where direction is absent or incomplete; i.e. being comfortable with creating output without perfect input.
• Be a constant advocate for the user: willing to ask questions of various stakeholders to make sure end work product meets the user's needs.
• Experience working in an agile workstream is a plus.

Scope of Work:
1. High fidelity visual designs for services agile workstream
2. Landing pages, interactions / tasks – working with wireframes
3. Attending daily scrum, backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions
