Manage the planning, development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to fill the sales pipeline and web funnel for events, product sales and training services. This role is responsible for ensuring that all marketing and sales support goals are met.
Lead the development and documentation of campaign strategies that communicate objectives, target audiences, key messages, program sequencing, metrics and call to action.
Hands-on review and approval of all customer-facing marketing materials to ensure that campaign messaging and creative supports the brand and maximizes ROI potential.
Manage search engine optimization and online advertising strategy and agencies.
Manage and develop the marketing and creative teams and supplement with external contractors and agencies. Equally adept at giving and getting direction.
Ensure that all campaign dates and deliverables are met. Ensure that lead generation and online sales goals are met and support the achievement of all sales goals by the inside and outside sales teams.
Experience with all marketing avenues, including integrated email, direct mail, collateral, digital, social media, video, webcasts and live event marketing.
Minimum of 10 years marketing experience with 5+ years experience leading a marketing team.
Content strategist and communications expert, able to provide sound business guidance to effectively position the brand to a range of target customers.
Marketing Communications background preferred, able to plan and execute compelling customer communications with a focus on integration, innovation and continual improvement, not just execution.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills. Builds strong relationships with sales management and the company’s leadership team.
Numerate with Excel or other spreadsheet skills, able to create budgets and interpret campaign results and ROI.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
