Print, Marketing & Advertising Designer (Graphic Designer)
In this role, you'll formulate concepts and work with Design, Product, and Marketing teams to produce engaging designs to help facilitate conversions within multiple organizations. With strong attention to detail and a savvy knowledge of marketing and advertising standards and trends, you'll help our client improve our overall brand awareness and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
• Design and Create new print, marketing and advertising concepts/projects with our client and other partner entities.
• Must be able to work in a team environment, and follow brand guidelines and take design direction with positive attitude.
• Provide continuous competitive research, leverage industry resources and market trends and liaise with marketing and business stakeholders.
• Support the optimization of all existing brand properties, print, mobile, email, social media, and other areas, using business analytics and company initiatives. Qualifications Required Skills:
• Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Experience designing, delivering high-end print, marketing and advertising design projects
• Understanding of print processes, output and delivery methods
• Strong understanding of color palettes and uses (RGB, CYMK, PANTONE)
• A desire to stay current with marketing, advertising branding trends and standards
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, multitasking and presentation skills
• Ability to solve problems and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Highly motivated and organized

Plusses (Not Required):
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, or related field Experience: Required
• 4+ years of experience in Marketing, UI/UX Design and strong knowledge of current print, marketing and brand standards, technologies, and trends.
•Must be able to work on-site 5 days / 40 hrs/wk.
