• Ensures that all Client visual and verbal messaging (both internal and external) has a consistent tone and manner.
• Monitors the current use of the Client brand and its use in future applications so that the brand relates to the core values of the organization.
• Produces graphics for all organizations at Headquarters.
• Works directly with various organizations in need of graphic design and illustration expertise to disseminate Client messaging throughout the organization using the following vehicles:
• Conception, rendering, and implementation of corporate logos, symbols, and icons.
• Layout and graphic designs.
• Print media.
• Video, web page design, Flash animations, electronic media (PowerPoint presentations).
• Promotional materials used by the Client.
• Retail and sales promotional materials offered by the Client.

Qualifications of Supplier
Brand and Policy, Corporate Communications seeks a supplier who is proficient in the following:
• Being highly creative with outstanding design sensibilities and production skills.
• Possessing the ability to implement Client branding policies and standards for multiple communications media.
• Having the ability to coordinate projects and interact professionally with Brand and Policy customers.
• Having interpersonal and presentation skills, and a professional attitude.
• Being able to receive and execute art direction in a timely manner— from research, concept, design, production to printing.
• Being able to help Brand and Policy manage incoming design projects during their entire lifecycle — including creative analysis, research, design, production, and printing.
• Working in both PC platform (Microsoft Windows 7) and Macintosh (Apple Macintosh OS 10.4) platform.
• Being fully versed in branding policies that govern the proper use of all Client logos and trademarks, and the ability to carry out Client branding guidelines and policies in accord with Corporate Communication objectives.
• Working with clients on creative strategy and requirements.
• Designing, illustrating and producing print, web-based, and interactive ads.
• Developing corporate communication materials, collateral, multi-media presentations, and other marketing communications vehicles.
• Coordinating the services of outside printers, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Maintaining a library of illustrations, images, graphics, and other graphic arts materials.
• Communicating effectively with clients and being able to multi-task at a very high level.
• Print production, multimedia presentation, motion graphics, and web page design software.
• Working with the following graphic design software:
• Adobe Acrobat Pro 10
• Adobe Bridge CS6
• Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Premium that includes:
• InDesign CS6
• Dreamweaver CS6
• Fireworks CS6
• Flash CS6
• Illustrator CS6
• Microsoft Office 2011 (Mac) (software includes Word 2010, PowerPoint 2010, Excel 2011)
• Photoshop CS6
• QuarkXPress 8
• Note: The contractor must be able to use the software listed above or the latest version in use in Brand and Policy.

Deliverables
• Create and produce print, web-based, and interactive media collateral materials such as corporate publications, brochures, posters, displays, package designs, web page designs, and advertisements for traditional and non-traditional media.
• Perform document management and storage of electronic files, original artwork, and other graphics arts materials in the official electronic repository.
• Coordinate pre- and post-press tasks for printing jobs.
