The Senior Graphic Designer will report to the Creative Director as a member of the Creative Services team, the Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for interpreting company brand guidelines and applying those brand standards to create compelling sales and marketing materials. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in various disciplines (digital and print) and toggling back and forth seamlessly.

The senior designer will be involved in the full project lifecycle, from developing creative concepts to delivering final working files for implementation. Ideal candidates will have both an analytical and creative skill set and must be willing to accept constructive design feedback and guidance from the Creative Director, while distilling client’s business needs. The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, be highly motivated, organized and detail-oriented with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.


• Partner with the segment marketing team to conceptualize and design sales and marketing communications for Client’s Independent Small Medium Chain/Retail business segment with an emphasis on designing for their stand alone brand for independent pharmacies.
• Supervise freelance designers and third-party vendors to design brand compliant sales and marketing communications.
• Manage segment project and production pipelines while working with Traffic and Production Manager to secure accurate production quotes to ensure quality project outcomes. Manage technical aspects of producing materials from conceptual stage through completion.
• Adopt and recommend changes to workflow processes that affect personnel and production schedules that impact sales and marketing communications. Maintain accurate project records including art and corresponding archives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education/Training – Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts or a design related field is required 

Business Experience –
• Minimum 5 years experience working in creative services with agency and in house teams.

Specialized Knowledge/Skills –
• Must have the ability to effectively multi-task projects, prioritize and meet deadlines within budget
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Superior project management skills and ability to work effectively and be a strong contributor and leader in a team environment
• Expert using Adobe Creative Cloud programs, Dreamweaver, Keynote, Microsoft Office applications (emphasis on PowerPoint)
• Strong hands-on typography and design skills
• Ability to create layouts based on direction from Art or Creative Director
• Knowledgeable about print and digital production
• Basic HTML experience required
• Experience designing for mobile devices desirable
• Experience using a Content Management System desirable

Working Conditions:
• Full time
• Traditional office environment. Standard business hours.
