Sr. Graphic Designer

The Sr. Graphic Designer will be part of the Creative Team within the marketing department and will report to the Lead Graphic Designer. This role is responsible for developing original and compelling designs and photo shoots for online and offline direct response and marketing assets. There will also be print catalogs that will be a part of this job. This position works closely with the Art Director, marketing team other creative team members to bring to life the brand personality, executing our look across channels with consistency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Design compelling emails, lookbooks, catalogs, postcards and other marketing assets that are both on brand and on trend.
•Bring to life new features, functionality and user experiences on the website that fulfill business needs and are exciting to members.
•Act as a leader for other graphic designers to keep the brand’s look and feel consistent and best in class. Contribute to development and upholding of style guide.
•Work closely with Lead Graphic Designer, Art Director, copy team and graphic designers to create new marketing materials.
•Work constructively with Product Marketing, Brand Marketing and Customer Acquisition to obtain key information and develop graphics that meet the team’s objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:
•Minimum 5 years experience as a graphic designer
•Print background creating catalogs, mailers and other physical assets
•Deep interest in fashion, beauty, entertainment, media and social e-commerce
•Experience in utilizing a strong brand identity to drive direct response
•Familiar with standard concepts, best practices and procedures for direct marketing
•Work well under pressure; effectively handle tight deadlines, unexpected delays, revisions, ad hoc requests and changing priorities
•Strong interpersonal skills, and loves to collaborate with team members
•Strong creative problem solving skills; ability to interpret analytical thinking into design concepts
•Well organized with attention to detail and ability to follow-through
•Experience managing projects from start to finish that involves work from other designers, photographers, retouchers and copywriters.
•Strong proficiency in Adobe CS. Proficiency in HTML/DHTML/XML, CSS/CSSX, Dreamweaver, Ajax, Flash, Silverlight, and scripting languages a plus.
