Are you a seasoned designer with B2B and B2C experience? Do you love being the driving force behind creative concepts and pushing the boundaries to engage new clients?

If so, we are looking for a Sr. Graphic Designer for a part-time long-term contract that has the potential to become full-time!

You should have/be:

• Strong conceptual thinker who possesses a wide range of design capabilities for various product lines,
across Print, Packaging, Branding, Typography, Catalog Production, Retail Graphics and some Digital

• Creative visionary who will help CD in driving new concepts and stylistic direction; willing and able to
take a concepts into production on thru to completion

• In-depth knowledge of related print media skill sets, including production artists, photographers,
illustrators, pre-press technicians, printers and marketing

• Seasoned in workflow process, production schedule development, and a passion for on-time, flawless
output

• Comfortable translating brand characteristics, product strengths, and promotions into media design
that “wows” internal customers, and more importantly external customers, compelling the latter to
engage and buy now


Core Responsibilities:

• Layout/design of published media, including catalogs, calendars, sales brochures, media kits, brand
logos, product packaging and trade shows

• Develop core print media creative concepts and design, responding to Briefs from Marketing/ Sales

• Willingness to support all other aspects of campaigns from concept thru production, including trafficking, proofing, pre-press, upload and final output of print read files

• Image processing, re-touching of raw photos, create image composites from photographic materials

•Improve process and adhere to workflow procedures
Creation of any/ all new company branding, logos
Support CD in the evolution and updating of our Brand Style Guide

• Assist in planning/ execution of photo shoots; poised to direct such, in both studio and on location

• Ability to represent company on color press checks for large print run media campaigns

• Aid CD in goal of building best-in-class team of Designers and Production Artists


Minimum Job Requirements:

• Education: Minimum: 4-Year College Degree

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive ownership of creative concepts, as a Designer, Sr. Designer or Art Director for internal and/or external Ad Agencies

• Proven portfolio

• Both B2B and B2C a plus


Position Requirements:

• Background in Catalog/Print Media; experience in Digital/ Web Media a plus

• Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and latest Adobe/ InDesign software; QuarkXpress, PowerPoint, as
well as HTML and other Web/ Digital apps a plus

• Well-versed in Creative Workflow Processes and Project Management

• Proven ability to present conceptual vision at executive level, articulating thought process, and how
proposed output will deliver on strategic objectives

• Highly collaborative; great facilitator, coach; leads by example

• Proven portfolio spanning B2B, B2C, Direct Marketing of Product, across multiple media types and sales channels

• History of developing, implementing, abiding by Style Guides

• Experienced in Branding/ Re-Branding efforts

• Highly collaborative; leads by example.

• Potential to manage junior designers and freelance talent
