Our client is looking for a Sr. Graphic Designer to join their fast-paced and high-energy team. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for providing graphic design and art direction. They will play a key role in designing and delivering branded creative for marketing programs, web properties, media properties, sales enablement tools (infographics, pitch decks, nurture, emails, company-hosted events and more). The Senior Graphic Designer also serves as the company's Art Director, when an outside agency is engaged to do graphic design for specific campaign. The ideal candidate is very down-to-earth AND also an expert in their field. Their clients are cutting-edge, highly collaborative and high energy. You should expect some event and client travel, you should be willing to travel both in the US and around the world.

Essential Functions:

  • Graphic design: design and produce themed graphic elements to support marketing & campaign initiatives within brand specifications; work outputs include print production, electronic documents, web elements, logos, infographics, etc.

  • Art direction: provide specific direction, guidance, and feedback to vendors that do graphic design for company.

  • This position will be required to be closely aligned with various marketing and legal teams and build trust so all assets do not need deep review.

  • Material sourcing and specifications: research vendors and products as needed, to ensure graphic design compatibility and proper project execution


 

Qualifications (minimum required):

  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, InDesign, and other graphic design software

  • Able to handle competing priorities between multiple projects and internal stakeholders

  • Excellent time management and work organization, and able to work effectively with little supervision

  • Creative visual design skills and extreme attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to follow specific brand guidelines & brand voice

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Professional portfolio of work that demonstrates ability to design graphics that integrate text and other content to motivate, inform, or inspire a target audience

  • Broad knowledge of print and web production requirements


 

Qualifications Desired:

  • 7-10 years graphic design experience in design firms, advertising agencies, or corporate environments
