Sr. Event Planner

This role will report to the Manager of Events, and works closely with additional Event team members and various members of the internal organization. The role of the Sr. Event Planner under the direction of the the Events Manager is to coordinate and supervise events with both external vendors and internal departments. This person will also be logistics for all 1st and 3rd party product is executed and maintained at the highest degree of privacy and confidentiality. 

Principle Responsibilities: 
• Works in conjunction with Event Manager(s) and vendors on all events related needs including but not limited to meeting room and lounge formats. 
• Coordinates and communicates with key stakeholders internal and external vendors for housing and food & beverage, transportation needs. 
• The ability to represent and demonstrate product as well as train staff for events. (Product Development and Product Marketing will provide key points and focus materials for event education). 
• Ability to work with an outside vendor to develop website for registration and or “save the date” blasts. 
• Coordination of badge/event registration. This may include developing badges for some events. 
• The Sr. Event Planner will work on event overviews for various shows throughout the year. 
• After each event provide recap of what worked and what didn’t, so we can continue to improve processes. 
• Working with internal teams for registration and meeting room setups for event(s) if applicable. 
• Create PowerPoint decks for shows and recap decks.
