Our client is seeking a Sr. E-Commerce Analyst. The Sr. E-Commerce Analyst will serve as eCommerce content expert, supporting customers and internal teams by producing, creating, maintaining, and syndicating rich media content for all key drivers.  The Sr. E-Commerce Analyst will identify new trendsetting/best practices and critical opportunities, give timely feedback to customers and internal teams, and execute with speed to turn opportunities into wins.
 Responsibilities include:
• Oversee delivery of rich media content and digital assets to customers and 3rd party vendors.
• Maintain 3rd party vendor relationships in support of web content development efforts.
• Propel creation and syndication of rich media content (360s, demos, asset containers) for all key drivers.
• Execute digital asset requests from sales, customer marketing, and our retailer partners.
• Manage and execute online promotional executions in partnership with customer marketing, sales, NAD/GBT marketing, and our retail partners.
• Share shopper data, eCommerce analysis, and insights with sales and customer marketing teams.
• Support eCommerce initiatives across all accounts and brands.
• Proactively engage and educate internal teams by communicating eCommerce web analytics, insights, trends, best practices and content availability.
• Improve, maximize, and develop new relationships with e-tailers.
• Support creation of online full-house brand showcases.
• Collaborate with customers and provide consultative feedback on e-commerce initiatives and new innovations.

Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels. Must be able to interface on a daily basis with customers, outside vendors, sales group, I.T. and related internal departments.
• Strong analytical, creative and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce & website development.
• Strong computer skills; expert in Excel.
• Strong planning, organizational, and negotiation skills.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience working within emerging online/digital marketplace in packaged goods, toys, entertainment or mass-market retailer
• Experience working in e-commerce platforms and analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Coremetrics, GSI Remote Tools) preferred.

Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field, required
