Senior Director, Marketing Analytics & Optimization 
Looking for a strong analytics & performance optimization leader to join our growing marketing organization. 
The successful candidate will report directly into the SVP of Customer Growth and work alongside teams of CRM, Retention and Acquisition marketers. 
Responsibilities: 
Lead a team of analysts to evaluate and produce meaningful channel, market and customer insights to inform marketing optimization and business value growth 
Operationalize reporting suite across the marketing mix to enable real-time performance monitoring and root cause analysis for marketing teams to action 
Help drive marketing strategy & media mix optimization by surfacing insight & key trends, using both internal & external data sets 
Lead customer cohort analysis & predictive modelling to inform acquisition, retention and engagement strategies 
Produce all marketing related planning & forecasting inputs into budgeting processes 
Support the build out of KPIs & target setting across all marketing and customer lifecycle stages 
Thought leadership & governance of the tracking, tagging and attribution taxonomy for marketing 
Lead the optimization, merchandising and testing discipline in support of the acquisition & customer teams. Develop conversion rate optimization testing roadmaps & methodologies for acquisition, cancellation and upsell/x-sell funnels 
Lead capabilities requirements from all marketing analytics, reporting, customer data base & conversion rate optimization tools 
Requirements 
+10 years of experience in marketing analytics for a fast-paced, performance driven consumer business 
Experience from ecommerce, retail and/or subscription industries desired 
Proven expertise in advanced analytics, customer segmentation and predictive modelling experience 
Management of analytics across the entire marketing mix, and familiarity with econometric & digital attribution model require 
Experience with leading high velocity optimization and testing roadmaps through tools such as Optimizely or Adobe Target 
Experience in setting up and managing a performance based analytics & optimization function that has directly delivered material revenue & EBITA upside 
Strong data visualization skills, and the ability to transform complex data analysis into tangible business insights for action 
Team leadership & business transformation experience required
