Our Project Managers are responsible for the end-to-end project management and successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects, such as brochures, banners, emails, direct mail, sales sheets and advertising campaigns. The position calls for broad knowledge of the print and digital landscape and the ability to advise on and help drive strategies in close collaboration with project teams. At any given time, PMs must be able to manage a workload of approximately 10-15 projects with life cycles of several days to several months. Manage the entire project lifecycle to deliver comprehensive digital solutions on multiple projects on time and on budget. Develop detailed project plans and collect client information (as needed) for development. Accurately identify and mitigate project risk, forecast development timelines and budgets accordingly. Working as a member of an interactive development team researching and executing emerging solutions. Develop and communicate project performance throughout development to all stakeholders. Must possess a thorough understanding of digital development in all its forms (design, IXD content, UI development, engineering and QA) and the ability to facilitate dialog that represents the firm's development efforts and methodologies. Should have strong understanding of interactive strategy, design, production and project management as well as tactics to leverage social media. Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office tools. Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
Specific responsibilities include:
Creating project schedules and managing workflow in the agency’s project management system, AtTask Communicating and monitoring project status and managing resources across multiple offices and time zones. Acting as liaison between technical, creative, account, and production teams to ensure the end-result delivers on-brief. Developing statements of work and estimates; managing actuals against estimates. Balancing multiple concurrent projects through to successful completion. Overseeing change and release management. Developing strong partnerships with all departments within the agency.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 4-6 years of project management experience; at least 2 years within marketing or an advertising agency environment is desirable. Experience in corporate or highly regulated environments also an asset. Microsoft Project skills required.
