Sr. Digital Project Manager

Duration and Length: Full time, onsite, through 12/31 with possible extension in 2017

Work closely with digital team members and content teams to develop strategy and execute digital projects supporting corporate and business objectives. Guide, develop, evaluate and manage the support of our client's digital channels including mobile application, websites and any interactive development. Partner with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, to gather business requirements, utilize data insights, relevant technology trends and define digital solutions.
• Research and advise company managers and executives on digital best practices to help advance an effective program
• Lead digital media projects of varying size, products (Web, email, mobile, social, and video) and complexity
• Develop, manage and carry out project execution plans, budgets, scopes and schedules
• Provide execution direction on projects from concept to completion using best practices and appropriate project management tools
• Manage vendor relationships and contract evaluation and fulfillment
• Work with internal research and analytics function and outside vendors to establish appropriate metrics analysis and regular reporting, including data insights and recommendations
• Manage reputational and crisis management issues related to the company as they arise, coordinating with appropriate resources in Public Affairs, Government Affairs, etc.
• Partner with the rest of the digital organization as well as Media Relations, Government Affairs and Corporate Communications to support campaigns, programs and communications initiatives, developing digital plans to support those efforts
• Builds consensus with key stakeholders and develops win-win solutions to advance communications functions
• Seeks opportunities to create greater efficiency and enhance stakeholder engagement across the business unit and the enterprise
• Ensure alignment with digital content strategy and digital engagement strategy
• The incumbent must demonstrate and uphold high performance cultural attributes and demonstrate enthusiasm for building a successful corporate digital channels and strategy.

Seeking a strong, motivated candidate with experience in project management, leadership, strategy development and digital/social media. Strong proficiency in spoken and written English. The candidate must demonstrate and uphold the business unit’s high performance cultural attributes and demonstrate enthusiasm for building a successful digital program.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in related field required, master’s degree preferred
• Requires 5-plus years digital project execution experience
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Strong project management skills
• Seeking a strong, highly-motivated candidate with extensive experience in digital project management and experience in strategy development.
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
• The preferred candidate has experience leading and developing digital assets through strategic channel management and demonstrated excellence in leadership and project management.

What it takes to be successful in this role:
Strategy - Has an understanding of the role that digital and social media plays in corporate communications, online stakeholder engagement and the external and internal landscape. Experience and initiative in developing appropriate digital strategies and project execution for a variety of business challenges and projects. Experience in the development of multi-channel project plans to best communicate our corporate messages. Knowledge of tools and platforms for digital publishing and measurement of performance.

Project Management - Proven ability to manage projects with executive and management exposure as well as experience working with a broad range of internal/external stakeholders and budget/schedule/resource management responsibilities. Able to handle multiple projects at the same time and react to rapidly changing priorities and deadlines.
Digital Subject Matter Expertise - Proven ability to provide strategic direction on digital trends, research and share key industry trends. Ability to evaluate digital channel health and establish directional development to more effectively accomplish business goals.

Problem Solving - Proven ability to work independently to define opportunities and develop solutions; must be able to demonstrate ability to be a self-starter through examples of self-directed work. Develop positive relationships with local, regional and national internal and external stakeholders.
