Sr. Digital Production Manager

Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is looking for a Sr. Digital Production Manager to support the development of digital marketing campaigns for enterprise level-high-traffic websites. This person will take the lead on internal client management, project management, scope and timeline management of digital/web projects.

Responsibilities:
-Managing digital production across multiple functional areas and business groups, including Social Media/PR, SEM/SEO/Mobile, Win-Back/Cross-Sell, and Print/Alt Media Marketing.
-Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects within the information technology department.
-Oversees all aspects of projects.
-Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project.
-Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects.
-Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project.
-Manage and execute specific projects under the direction of the EMT Manager
-Assume leadership role driving production tasks to completion under client imposed time constraints.
-Manage the digital design queue by assigning tasks to Content Management System Page Builders and content Quality Assurance based on priority and team queues and driving them through the process.
-Manage production work, workflow and traffic status for in-house and offshore production team.
-Educate and coordinate with MarComm team to acquire the necessary assets to execute requests.
-Perform Quality Assurance to ensure that both job standards and property/corporate timelines are met.

Qualifications:
-Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and able to comfortably communicate to all levels of the organization.
-Must possess intermediate level skills with the full Microsoft Office product suite, with advanced Excel spreadsheet skills a major plus.
-The candidate must possess strong knowledge and understanding of Internet and World Wide Web technologies, specifically around the design elements that compose a web page such as images and Flash movies.
-Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
-Bachelors degree in Marketing/MIS or at least two (2) years equivalent experience in marketing or internet-based work.
-Proven experience in an Internet environment and an understanding of basic internet technologies and marketing principles.
-The candidate must be able to work on multiple high priority projects concurrently and independently.
-Candidate must be detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks with a calm demeanor in a sometimes stressful and always demanding environment.
-Candidate must also have demonstrated experience in project management.
-Strong background working with enterprise-class Web content management systems.
-Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and user-experience design
