​AQUENT is on a search for a SR. DIGITAL PRODUCER for a global luxury beauty brand in NYC! This is a FT Freelance need, onsite in Soho, on an ongoing long-term basis.

This role is unique in the respect that it entails managing the communication and alignment between 3 teams with differing priorities to make the process more cohesive. Additionally, the Sr. Digital Producer must be skilled in ASANA, and have a solid background in managing online initiatives (an understanding of the functional needs for a site redesign is a HUGE PLUS!) ​Agency experience with a digital first mindset is preferred. Someone who is front end oriented – ie: can communicate and lead creative but also can present work to senior leadership and manage production conflicts. Prior beauty experience is preferred. 

The Digital Project Manager will work closely with the Online and Social divisions setting priorities and timelines, managing logistics and overseeing the daily routing of operations for all existing projects. He/she will oversee the fast paced seasonal launch cycle of updates for new and existing programs. He/she will work closely with the teams owning timelines and making sure projects move swiftly with efficiency and purpose. This position serves as the liaison and the link between the online business division, Social Media team and the Creative team ensuring priorities are set with clear and precise communication for all concerned. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Keeps projects on track through clear identification of deliverables, risk mitigation, issue tracking and escalation management 
• Manage working schedules and project timelines for both the online and social teams inclusive of ad hoc requests helping to ensure parallel work streams 
• Support cross functional partners to drive process, align on priorities and deliver a comprehensive plan including milestones/timing of work to be done 
• Work in partnership with cross functional digital leads on product launches and refreshes ensuring all needs are accounted for, documented, tracked and executed on time 
• Set and maintain the process for feedback, proofing, corrections, sign off and launch reviews with Senior Management ensuring adherence to best practices 
• Manage the timing of all necessary steps in the evolution of the brief- through creative concepts into tangible deliverables - helping ensure business requirements are in line with the time and budget constraints of the ask 
• Proactively prepare and issue status reports ensuring regular meeting series are lead with clear and upfront communication with all teams involved 
• Build collaborative relationships based on creating transparency and efficiencies for all concerned ensuring there is clear, concise and accurate information for all open jobs 
• Build out workflow with an eye on prioritization and accuracy for the full life cycle of project planning managing all steps through delivery 

QUALIFICATIONS: 
• 5-7 years of working experience as Digital Project Manager, beauty/ luxury experience preferred 
• Highly process-oriented with skill in defining operational processes, project management, and prioritization 
• Solid industry experience working across large websites, and strong understanding of mobile first mindset 
• Outstanding communication and organization skills and excellent time management 
• Self-motivated and focused on meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment 
• A passion for all things Social/Digital and an acumen for setting up timelines and driving efficiency 
• Ability to quickly understand and master integrated business applications 
• Pro-active nature and ability to drive projects forward in a positive way 
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and able to adapt to change 
• Analytical aptitude inclusive of an understanding KPI reporting - a plus
