Internal Order Info:The Senior Digital Producer will lead site updates and maintenance for our corporate website and affiliated corporate sites, responsible for execution and delivery of roadmaps, requirements documentation, project plans, sitemaps, wireframes, and site content. This role will sit on the Production team within the Marketing department and own the delivery of projects. The Sr. Digital Producer will develop a strong relationship with the Marketing team through an understanding of their business and owning the projects they provide. This person will provide excellent communications and service to stakeholders, internal and external resources, and provide process guidance to ensure project success.
Will work with business partners to collect project scope and requirements as well as prioritize projects in the queue.
Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at varying levels inside and outside the organization up to executive level
Manage project team members ensuring that all projects follow a cohesive process to assure flawless execution.
Primary contact with development for QA and installation of projects.
Supports business UAT for all online projects to assure high quality output.
Translate customer/clients needs into new features and functions.
Write product requirements documentation.
Produce and traffic creative assets from the Creative team to support digital needs, collaborate on approach, review and recommend revisions, coordinate feedback with other stakeholders and get approvals. Ensure that assets for all digital marketing and sales are delivered on time and to spec
Develops schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
Manages day-to-day tasks and maintains in-depth involvement to allow for early identification of project risks and constraints
Works with the Development and Engineering teams to ensure executions are correctly implemented
Provides daily/weekly/etc. project status updates to stakeholders
5-8+ years of web production / project management experience is required
Proven expertise in all phases of web development lifecycle: from ideation, requirement capturing and wireframing, to the last mile of development, post-launch support, iteration and post-launch product evolution.
Proven success of leading web projects for large corporation, brand or portfolio of reputable brands in a complex environment
Proven experience delivering projects on time and on budget with a high amount of transparency, accountability, while consensus building across teams.
