Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Creates and manages digital campaign strategy, including developing and tracking appropriate success metrics, goals and budgets.
Recommends strategy and tactics to senior management. Evaluates, prioritizes and leads decisions regarding new content, partnership, and other tactical opportunities based on expected performance and financial viability.
Assures campaign strategies and tactics will be engaging and effective in digital/social channels while maintaining brand integrity.
Initiates and leads integrated programs in collaboration with other product and marketing teams.
Initiates and leads appropriate cross-functional teams to deliver brand and business objectives. Builds and maintains relationships with strategic industry and cross-functional partners. Leads discussions and presentations with cross-functional senior leadership teams.
Communicates marketing activities with other business units, field teams and departments on a regular basis to ensure integration and support for programs and initiatives. Ensures that established processes are communicated, understood and followed by key stakeholders.

Qualifications
Summary of Experience
Strategic vision, passion and practice leading digital initiatives that drive integrated, multichannel promotions and programs and campaigns.
Successful track record managing large-scale website, mobile, web video, social media, and paid digital campaign programs.
Effective brand or product management with complex budget responsibility.
Interest in and experience leading digital channel, technology, creative, and media plans from strategy through execution.
Management of key digital partners including digital platform teams (e.g. Facebook, Twitter), internal and external creative agencies, 3rd party technology vendors and other business partners.
