Our client, a Global CPG Company, is looking for a Sr. Digital Marketing Marketing Manager for their International Markets! Possible RELOCATION assistance!

The Senior Manager Digital Marketing for International Markets is a key member of the Digital Marketing team and will be highly motivated to drive innovative, global digital experiences and programs with the clients consumers in mind. The primary role of the Sr. Manager is to partner with the companies markets and digital marketing categories leads to create global digital marketing executions. They would work to ensure the digital strategies and executions for web, social, mobile and digital media reflect local digital needs and are impactful for driving sales internationally.

Working with the Sr. Director, the Sr. Manager will help communicate local priorities, manage the tactical implementation and ongoing measurement and management. The success of the role will be measured based on the ability to communicate market needs and goals to the category leaders and ensure the digital strategies reflect those needs. The position requires strong partnership and prioritization skills to manage internal stakeholders expectations, a great working knowledge of overall digital marketing (web, mobile, social, media), measurement, consumer in their Pawtucket, RI office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the companies markets to understand their brand needs and identify the ways that digital market can drive sales and engagement in their market.
  • Advocate for specific market needs when reviewing brand digital marketing strategies and identify opportunities and efficiencies.
  • Educate local marketing teams on the global digital strategies, the performance and changing digital marketing landscape in site, social, mobile and display.
  • Coordinate with local agencies to ensure global execution in social, site and media channels by sharing best practices, assets and tools.
  • Publish monthly analytics with executive analysis to markets on site, as well as report back on local program results to analytics team to inform global benchmarks.
  • Partner with markets to coordinate local site execution including UAT and local content requirements.
  • Anticipate problems and roadblocks, raising issues and offering potential solutions
  • Strong working knowledge and adopter of digital trends, the latest technologies and digital influencers in the industry. Must be consumer and fan of technology and marketing
