Marketing Department Develops and drives the digital marketing strategy, plan and execution for all website, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display campaigns.
Drives the identification, evaluation, selection, implementation and use of marketing technology platforms – (email marketing automation, content management, performance measurement, digital publishing, social listening, mobile apps, internal collaboration, project management and other systems, software and platforms).
Informs and educates key stakeholders of online/digital presence and opportunities.
Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Designs, builds and maintains our social media presence.
Identifies trends and insights; optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorms and creative growth strategies in digital.
Plans, engages, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
Evaluates emerging technologies. Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Drives high-impact content development and distribution initiatives to engage customers and achieve business objectives.
Manages internal and external digital marketing resources.
Contributes to planning and development of marketing campaign and content.
Contributes to identifying and developing the use of digital technologies to support the in-store shopping experience.
Qualifications and Experience BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field with applicable business experience.
7-10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with strong understanding of core marketing principles and marketing technologies.
Knowledge and experience with e-commerce/e-retail programs, platforms and systems.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising initiatives and campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing and optimization.
Solid experience using of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) is a plus.
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking; with ability to interpret and provide insights on data.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
