The Digital Marketing Manager is required to be the digital marketing lead for our software client. The objective of the role is to deliver a superior user experience across webtrends.com with the intent to drive purchase potential, brand relevance & loyalty with existing clients across all digital channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and maintaining of the client's website and partner across Marketing, Product Management, Support and Services to monitor, evaluate and integrate digital programs. Lead global website, including navigation path and content optimization, wireframe enhancement as well as tracking system development.

Integrate digital marketing campaigns together with the rest of the marketing team and product marketing; develop and integrate digital aspects of product launch programs leveraging search, social media, email campaigns and digital media.
Leverage data to report out on effectiveness of marketing efforts and integration with Sales (direct and channel)
Coordinate with services for best practice sharing and webtrends.com new function deployments.
Supports Demand Generation for online database management including email communication plan, database selection, expansion and maintenance.
Collaborate with EMEA and Corporate Communications marketing teams to drive content integration strategy and optimization.
SEO strategy and implementation.
Web architecture and high-level web portfolio strategy.
Hands-on optimization; improving site structure, page construction, content, keyword lists, and SEO copywriting.
Research, identify and establish partnerships with authoritative web sites for link-building.
Identify performance targets, project milestones, resource needs, etc.
Monitor the overall performance of organic search efforts and report key indicators to senior executives.
Top-to-bottom management of SEO campaigns; generating ranking reports, conducting site audits, handling client concerns, etc.
Participates in the hiring, training, development, mentoring and retention of staff members in this department.
Requirements: College degree required
Demonstrated interest in digital marketing industry. Follows trends and industry players, etc.
5-8 years' experience in multiple aspects of web or digital marketing. Ideally candidate will have content publishing, and CRM experience. Experience in database marketing would be a plus. Working knowledge in online site content maintenance with .asp, jQuery, HTML, XML. Flash, Java would also be valued.
Working knowledge of data-driven digital marketing and web analytics tools.
Experience in coordinating and managing teams of technical and creative specialists
Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies
Proficient with SEO reporting and analytical tools
Experience in B2B marketing, mobile and global marketing experience is a plus.
