Our client is looking for a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager. This is an onsite 1yr contract with benefits.

The Digital Marketing team is responsible for owned, earned, and paid marketing channels for the company. The team is tasked with reaching prospects and potential clients, driving them to our digital ‘flagship store’ and providing an experience that meets their expectations, answers their questions, and earns their trust to convert them into loyal clients.

This individual will need to be experienced with redesigning, launching, and maintaining robust B-to-C websites and have excellent project management, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills. In addition, this individual will need to be experienced with website taxonomies, digital style guides, and knowledgeable running client-centric research activities.

What you’ll do: Website Enhancements and Project Support

The prospect site redesign project is a large venture that is currently underway and you will be joining the working team to help launch a new website.

You will:
• Assist in the development, project planning, and launching of the new by working with external agencies, developers, senior leadership, and other contributing teams
• Own a variety of ‘tracks’ to update features and launch sections of the website on time, while keeping development in scope and within budget
• Track and report on success metrics
• Run, own, and participate in usability testing and research initiatives
• Manage and maintain the taxonomy and digital style guides for the future site


• Digital Marketing Channel Ownership
o Prospect chat program is an important acquisition channel for prospects that come to site to connect with award-winning customer service and support. In order to continue to heighten the experience and drive more prospects to this channel,

You will:
• Own and optimize this acquisition channel on website and grow volume, accounts, and assets for the company
• Expand and extend the program to new products, channels, platforms, and product lines
• Identity and streamline workflow shortcomings
• Help multiple contributing teams heighten performance, improve user satisfaction, and operationalize the program
• Report out on a monthly/quarterly basis performance, updates, and insights

• Positively impact programs/projects and deliver top quality work
• Champion new ideas and be proactive at bringing them to life
• Collaborate with others to the help them leverage expertise and move ideas forward
• Use insight an metrics to refine approaches
• Try new things, and fail occasionally
