The Senior Digital Marketing Group Manager will lead the digital marketing strategy for the B2B Banking Marketing Group, which includes development of new campaigns, managing large integrations, influencing the direction of the group, driving results for existing and new digital programs for over 20 highly complex B2B business lines and product lines as well as managing a team of e-business consultants.
- Overall daily management responsibilities for: Leading the strategy to execution for Email, online & digital marketing campaigns (both creative & media), with a multi-media focus including but not limited to: web site management, intranet management, e-mail marketing, mobile marketing, social media networks, online communities, search engine marketing, display and text link advertising on corporate websites and other websites.
- Manage a centralized/in-house Center of Excellence digital marketing group by exercising the usual authority, guidance, expertise of a manager and manage a team to meet all deliverables, project budgets, and project timelines.
- Establish organizational digital marketing plans to attain sales and profitability goals.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of digital marketing programs and initiatives, making changes to support business lines and business strategies.
- Manage vendor relationships and managed resources.
- Possibly identify and establish new small to mid-sized vendor relationships to meet our business objectives.
- Stay current on digital marketing technologies, external resources, and strategies and identify trends that add value to our business and help it grow.
- Communicate business decisions and priorities to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across a wide spectrum of constituencies.
- Work with multiple business lines and vendors to answer questions, develop marketing plans, troubleshoot concerns, and resolve roadblocks.
- Manage B2B security plans and adhere to company compliance, brand, and privacy regulations and policies.
- Champion of change to identify trends in digital marketing technologies and strategies and maintain open communication of business decisions/priorities.
- Manage a digital marketing community to showcase best practices, discuss challenges and hold special training sessions.
- Manage the effectiveness of a centralized automated asset/tracking tool.
- Focus on team member development, engagement, productivity, and growth opportunities.
