The Content Management Product Manager participates in providing content management support for Client's Web presence. This work involves analyzing current capabilities and processes to support distributed publishing and developing plans and processes to improve the authoring experience and content management functionality. Additionally, the position will support enhancements to the language enablement project.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze current work flows and provide recommendations for improvements
• Evaluate current content management processes for supporting consumer facing website’s frequent releases
• Participates in Agile/SCRUM and provides development support for content deliverables especially for the language enablement team.

• Collaborates with the content architect on the workflow improvements, managing content for releases, and language enablement.
• Responsible for analysis of existing content business processes, design and implementation of streamlined content publishing processes.
• Support enhancements to language enablement capabilities

Qualifications:
• 5+ years’ experience using a content management system with a focus on requirements gathering and analyzing processes, workflows and systems.
• 3-5 years of Enterprise Content Management Systems experience – TeamSite (not marketing CMS like Wordpress), Adobe CQ, Interwoven CMS (a plus) using Open Deploy, SitePublisher, MetaTagger & MediaBin are a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and with little supervision
• Proven track record of consistently demonstrating qualities of diplomacy, problem solving and decisiveness within a highly matrixed/consensus driven environment
• Proven ability to balance many needs and remain detail-oriented while tracking and organizing many project tasks.
• Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
• Experience with IBM WebSphere Portal a plus


Education/Training: 4-year degree in a related discipline preferred
