Sr. Digital Content Manager

Our client is looking for a QA Content Manager. This is an onsite long-term 12months+ contract with benefits.

The ideal talent will be responsible for but not limited to:

The QA Content Manager is responsible for supporting key regulatory initiatives and requirements, including monitoring and updating content on sites, and working with business partners to ensure the content is accurate and current on the website. This position will also facilitate publishing content to the website and work with publishers, developers and operations staff to assess and resolve any technical challenges in displaying the content. Must have a strong technical background in addition to a strong understanding of web content management, digital optimization and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Support of regulatory requirements and initiatives
• Regular monitoring and updates of footnotes and disclosure for accuracy and consistency
• Ongoing testing and management of website links
• Liaise with internal data management, performance reporting and product management groups to ensure accuracy and completeness of product information on website
• Help drive the development and execution of the website content quality assurance strategy and identify systematic solutions that can help achieve qualitative assurance standards
• Manage ongoing content updates and submission of new publishing requests
• Work with internal stakeholders to determine site requirements and plans for site enhancements, product launches and other ongoing maintenance items
• Work closely with internal business partners and outside vendors on technology integrations and website releases and enhancements
• Ensure content and data changes are staged and that appropriate testing is executed, reviewed, and approved prior to launching site updates


Additional Job Details:
• 5+ years of website and content management experience in financial services industry
• Functional expertise in digital content management, site development, and CMS tools
• Experience in building effective cross functional relationships and navigating the complexities of a large organization
• Excellent communication skills; timely follow-up, ability to articulate objectives, strategies and tactics to various teams
• Strong organizational skills and project management experience; ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Makes sound, timely decisions, with keen attention to procedures and regulatory requirements

Education:
• Bachelors’ degree or equivalent required
