Sr. Digital Analyst

Vitamin T is looking for an experienced Senior Analyst that will support a Fortune 500 client acting as the lead analyst dedicated to 2-3 brands. MUST BE ONSITE. The sky’s the limit in this role. The Senior Analyst is encouraged to form a creative and collaborative partnership with their stakeholder, allowing the freedom to shape analyses and deliverables that result in actionable insights.
You’ll primarily focus on website performance and optimization, including conversion tracking against various key performance indicators, along with analyzing the success of A/B and multivariate testing initiatives. Some common responsibilities include: developing measurement strategies and tracking approaches, mining data, conducting analyses, and creating reports, POVs, and optimization recommendations
The position requires both strong analytical skills as well as excellent interpersonal abilities to gain a detailed understanding of the projects and business impact and then provide strategic direction and data driven insights.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
• Can design and perform campaign/line of business analysis, interpret results, and develop recommendations.
• Has provided data driven marketing solutions to improve client decision-making.
• Will collaborate with clients to develop clear business and measurement objectives.
• Has developed and delivered presentations for internal teams and/or clients
• Can apply various quantitative methods to combine and interpret information from multiple data sources.
• Can partner with the optimization team to uncover relevant insights, trends, and optimization criteria.
• Has experience providing tracking solutions
• Can achieve and maintain fluency in relevant digital channels and mediums (social, mobile) and tools (Adobe, Maxymiser)
• Is intellectually curious, responsible, flexible and autonomous. Able to manage data and discern analytical trends, and handle frequent client interactions.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
• 4+ year’s overall experience preferred including:
o 2+ year’s industry experience: Marketing, Advertising or Agency experience.
o Experience in program measurement (online and/or offline), test design and financial modeling a plus.
o Experience in Digital Analytics (Website, Online Advertising and/or Search Marketing) including both tagging and reporting capabilities using site side analytical tools such as Adobe Analytics (a.k.a. Omniture SiteCatalyst), Google Analytics, WebTrends, and ad serving tools (DoubleClick DFA).
• Bachelor’s Degree, in the arts and sciences (history, anthropology/sociology, psychology), Business (economics, marketing), Computer (sciences) or quantitative field (math, statistics), MBA a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents.
• Strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, demonstrate empathy and commitment to the clients.
• Data: Manipulation, Pulling, and Consolidations.
• Computer Skills: proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, some database skills (SQL, SPSS, SAS)
• Some travel required.
