6-month contract ? may go permanent if the business needs are there

The Sr. Digital Analyst will provide strategic business insight to all Lines of Business (LOB aka internal teams), based on data leveraged from various online analytics tools and other sources to optimize online content and customer experiences. This person will be on the Digital Marketing team.

Knowledge and Skills
Must haves:
? Curious with a strong analytical and strategic mindset ? understanding the WHAT and HOW for this client and their customers
? 5+ years working experience in web strategy, data analysis, and insights generation and communication
? Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Suite (SiteCatalyst, Discover, Insight powered by Omniture) is a must (i.e. click tags and how they work within Insight)
? Extensive knowledge of online tracking and measurement best practices
? Strong relationship management skills to establish productive working relationships with internal clients and stakeholders
? Proficiency in MS Office with expert understanding of MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
? Expert knowledge of digital measurement tools across multiple channels (web analytics, advertising measurement, Voice of the Customer, Social Media, Mobile, email, online testing)
? Strong understanding of search optimization strategies
? Ability to interpret data and extract and communicate actionable insights
? Excellent communication (written and oral) skills; comfortable presenting to senior management and guiding Jr. Analyst(s)
? Strong organization and time management skills
? Team player who can work independently
? Ability to mentor and guide junior analysts and to manage them as resources on large initiatives

Nice to have:
? SQL skills and understanding of relational data structures
? Strong knowledge of internet and intranet principles, practices and technologies (HTML, JavaScript)
? Financial Services industry experience (not required)
? Graduate degree in market research, math, statistics, economics, marketing, psychology, or other related fields

Key Accountabilities
30%: Develop Culture of Customer Focused Analytics/Insight
50%: Online Analytics service provision to client at an enterprise and LOB (Lines of Business) level
20 %: Standards, governance and best practices
