Sr. Digital Analyst

Location: Long Beach
Onsite for for 1-2 months

Specifically, this role will be focused on the collection of business, creative, strategic, functional and technical requirements for a digital content delivery ecosystem being defined, developed and implemented in the coming Calendar year .
We are seeking a freelance Digital Analyst to support digital marketing initiatives (design of CMS, Websites, applications, digital content delivery, etc.). The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis/system analysis experience in support of gathering requirements.
Responsibilities

Attend all meetings across all disciplines to assure all disparate requirements are being heard and captured by a single person.
Owner of the requirements matrix and supportive documentation.
Support in the creation of stakeholder surveys and interviews.
Own the approval process both internally and externally (Client stakeholders).
Enforce the adherence to defined, documented and Client approved requirements.
Lead and/or facilitate brain-storming sessions with both internal and external stakeholders.
Work with QA to define and document test plans.

Qualifications:

Four (4) or more years of relevant digital marketing-related client services experience.
At least three (3) years interactive marketing agency experience.
Experience preparing business requirements, working with use cases, business process modeling or data modeling, and/or preparing use-case or sequence diagrams.
Project management skills and a solid understanding of project management methodology.
Analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Excellent analytical skills as a Business Systems Analyst, gathering requirements, writing business specifications and functional specifications.
Able to work well with both internal and external stakeholders.
Take charge attitude to facilitate requirement-gathering sessions.
Ability to work independently and make decisions independently.
Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and CRM – Customer Relationship Management systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group; executives, managers, developers, project managers and subject matter experts.
Ability to share pertinent information in a timely manner and distribute the information to the team.
Flexible style and works well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Meticulous attention to detail
Automotive Digital Marketing experience a plus
Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager/CQ5 a plus.
I.S. experience as a business analyst on marketing applications or business consulting experience a plus
