Sr. Digital Account Manager

We're currently seeking a Sr. Digital Account Manager for a major eCommerce site.

ROLE:

• Proactively work with the sales teams to manage existing business and pursue new business opportunities.
• Manage book of 100+ active campaigns and partnerships, continuing performance metrics and growing new opportunities.
• Assist with all responses to RFPs, the development of proposals, internal and client reporting, research and sales related materials.
• Serve as primary point of contact to existing clients on issues regarding performance reports and general maintenance.
• Effectively optimize campaign performance by recommending adjustments to inventory and creative components of the campaign.
• Responsible for day-to-day communication with internal and external contacts to monitor campaign delivery and contract compliance, ensuring full revenue recognition and client objectives success.
• Play a key role in the launch of new campaigns, including requesting creative from the client, ensuring campaigns are set up correctly and monitoring launches, including sending out screenshots
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of available advertising programs, site information and resources.
• Input RFP responses into internal systems, client external templates and third party planning systems.
• Utilize third-party research tools to support plan recommendations and provide competitive spending analysis.

REQUIREMENTS:

The successful individual in this position needs the following:

Strong experience of agency and/or digital planning recommended
Also must have familiarity with DFP, Salesforce, and eCPM.
Proficient computer skills including solid knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, and CRM systems.
Experience in Digital RFP creation and management
Able to successfully coordinate and manage multiple campaigns across accounts and markets
Familiarity with digital platforms and planning processes
Strong understanding of our business, online marketing and the Toronto Market
Ability to deliver accurate, professional work under tight deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills; excellent analytical skills; results and detail oriented; accountable; strong work ethic; strong team player; proactive self-starter; creative/strategic thinker who is process oriented and has the ability to multi-task;
