Required Skills:
- Strong portfolio of design and creative work
- Expertise in developing and maintaining multi-channel brand systems
- Extremely proficient in the entire Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong in time management and self-management

Assignment Responsibilities:
- Play a leading role as a strategic partner with internal departments to bring marketing communications to life.
- Create high-quality, cost-effective print, digital, and experiential assets for our internal marketing communications clients
- Support key communications initiatives that put the audience as priority #1
- Manage the concept development and creative execution of a range of materials, informational to promotional, supporting collateral to highly visible campaigns
- Provide creative consultation and communicate with key clients as needed
- Collaborate with writers, designers, production artists, traffickers, print buyers, and strategists
- Effectively navigate creative briefs, brand standards, available research, and key data in the development of inspired creative solutions that meet business objectives

Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of design experience required
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related design field required
- Previous experience working in a marketing communications environment
- Previous experience with brand guidelines/systems development for multiple channels
- Experience in a content marketing environment or with content management systems is a plus
- Spanish language experience is a plus
