Sr. Demand Generation Manager

This position will manage digital marketing through several agencies and in-house efforts. The focus is to evolve advertising & amp; lead
generation planning and execution as the company grows. Accountability is key in this position as well as the ability to be the driver for a
variety of demand generation marketing strategies. Must have a passion for figuring out what is next, what is possible, and what delivers
return on investment.

Qualification & Education Requirements:

 Minimum 5 years of experience in advertising and/or lead generation marketing.
 Minimum 2 years of prior supervisory/people management experience.
 Undergraduate degree with Marketing, Communications, Business, or other related areas of study.
 Previous agency or client side experience preferred.
 Lead generation and higher education industry experience a plus.
 High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
 Experience with enterprise accounting and CRM systems. Salesforce experience is a plus.
 Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
 Strong organization, project management, and problem-solving skills.
 Ability to learn quickly and multi-task to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
 Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications, as well as proven time management skills.
 Self-motivated and proactive.
 Able to think and plan strategically.

Preferred Skills:

 Articulate, negotiate, and champion lead generation strategies to facilitate student interest in the university.
 Manage demand generation strategy across multiple digital channels including traditional advertising (radio, TV, etc.), digital marketing (display, video, email, etc.), and lead vendor management.
 Work under the direction of the SVP of Marketing to manage lead generation spend with respect to marketing goals and budget.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and evolve an advertising campaign and guide production of advertising creative used in traditional and digital media placement.
 Provide logistical support for advertising initiatives in areas of project management, asset management, creative critique, creative trafficking, invoice processing, and archiving.
 Assist in the research, planning, and implementation of lead generation campaigns, engaging outreach team and external agencies when necessary.
 Proactively identify and understand current market and online industry trends and adjust strategic focus as necessary.
