Sr. Creative Services Specialist

The Creative Services Specialist will be responsible for:

Marketing Communications strategy and collaboration, knowledge of e-communications and social media, planning and ongoing management of a large group of collaborators and a project

Knowledge of new and traditional marketing strategies, all aspects of the creative process, file formats, printing, fulfillment and mailing, to properly plan, communicate and oversee all steps of a proposed graphic communications project.

Anticipating potential problems and solving them proactively. Monitors project status and communicates exceptions to management and parties responsible for the project.

Adjusts project workflow and schedules to facilitate priority projects.

Develops and maintains a detailed master schedule for the creation and completion of Creative Services’ marketing materials. Maintains necessary tracking/budget information.

Coordinates creative and production processes for marketing projects with internal creative team as well as outside vendors, including designers, advertising agencies and printers.

Monitors performance and adherence to project deadlines. Manages vendor relations and negotiates/coordinates purchasing as needed on projects.

Contractor relations/coordination: Able to identify the need for a creative freelancer or agency and act as liaison between contractor and Marcomm manager throughout the course of the project.

Purchasing and procurement as well as maintaining and reporting budgets and reporting as needed.

Reconciling statements for accounting each month.

Proofreading skills required. Knowledge of the English language and grammar.

Ability to quickly view all initial PDF’s on assigned projects to ensure they are within specs and follows creative brief direction.

Proofreading lasers, as needed. Quality control of final deliverables and overseeing fulfillment of own projects to ensure high quality and on time delivery.

Assist in maintaining the iWay print on demand database.

Works closely with marketing communications representatives to maintain productive and cooperative relationships.
