As part of the internal agency, you’ll work directly with art directors, writers,
developers and fellow designers to create business-to-business online and marketing
pieces that effectively drive sales and support the brand (which
targets mid- to large-size companies).
Be versatile in many different marketing vehicles as projects range from direct mail
and promotional pieces to email marketing campaigns, landing pages and a full range
of collateral to support our field sales force. Be able to move quickly and comfortably
between multiple projects.
Create print and online layouts for sales-driving assignments, work closely with
copywriters to ensure headlines and visuals work hand-in-hand and are on strategy.
Manage high workload volume and ensure that deadlines are met. Present a range of
work that shows a thoughtful approach to strategy. Develop layouts that support our
brand look and feel as well as promise an easy experience.
Basic understanding of business partners and their marketing objectives. Works
to drive the business through clear and simple design that supports the unique and
differentiated brand experience. Able to convert creative strategy into compelling
