HOT HOT HOT! Aquent is looking for a high-caliber creative digital marketer for an very exciting role with a Fortune 500 retailer in Seattle, WA!

This role sits within their Global Digital Marketing, which is one of THE hottest teams to be part of. This person will be leading a digital project to change the way that the brand story is expressed for an out-of-store campaign - it's a brand new, innovative way to engage customers thru interactive, socially driven digital application.

Ideal candidates will be a high level digital marketer with a great sense of creative development process and have direct experience managing brand campaign for a respected, creatively-driven Fortune 100 company or a top ad agency to lead this brand new digital initiative.

- Omni-channel digital marketing experience - bringing brand to life across all channels
- Agency or Corporate experience - working on companies that value brand narrative (i.e. REI, Nordstrom, Nike, Michael Kors, Disney - experience working on a creatively driven, design-forward retail/ lifestyle brand)
- Cross-functional digital athlete - well versed in all fields
- Creative agency management - advertising, media, PR, etc.
- Extensive experience working & managing creative/brand advertising campaigns and initiatives for a major retail brand/agency

- IT/Software Product or Program Management background - just not a good fit.

Ideal candidates will be accomplished planners who are comfortable crafting big-picture strategy and assuring work is executed flawlessly. At the organization, digital marketing managers have a demonstrated ability to craft and orchestrate cross-channel digital and social plans that deliver customer value, and exceed business objectives. Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Creates and manages digital campaign strategy, including developing and tracking appropriate success metrics, goals and budgets.
Recommends strategy and tactics to senior management. Evaluates, prioritizes and leads decisions regarding new content, partnership, and other tactical opportunities based on expected performance and financial viability.
Assures campaign strategies and tactics will be engaging and effective in digital/social channels while maintaining brand integrity.
Initiates and leads integrated programs in collaboration with other product and marketing teams.
Initiates and leads appropriate cross-functional teams to deliver brand and business objectives. Builds and maintains relationships with strategic industry and cross-functional partners. Leads discussions and presentations with cross-functional senior leadership teams.
Communicates marketing activities with other business units, field teams and departments on a regular basis to ensure integration and support for programs and initiatives. Ensures that established processes are communicated, understood and followed by key stakeholders.

Summary of Experience
Strategic vision, passion and practice leading digital initiatives that drive integrated, multichannel promotions and programs and campaigns.
Successful track record managing large-scale website, mobile, web video, social media, and paid digital campaign programs.
Effective brand or product management with complex budget responsibility.
Interest in and experience leading digital channel, technology, creative, and media plans from strategy through execution.
Management of key digital partners including digital platform teams (e.g. Facebook, Twitter), internal and external creative agencies, 3rd party technology vendors and other business partners.
