Sr. Copywriter (financial services)

* Focus primarily on writing B2B long-form financial copy including—but not limited to—blogs, articles, white papers, e-books, guides, speeches, brochures and more.
* Occasionally, write marketing copy for landing pages, emails, banner ads, text links, tradeshow collateral, and social media.
* Work closely with internal business requestors and external clients to help strategize and develop effective creative solutions that exceed client expectations and directly impact profitability.
* Be able to adapt tone and writing style to fit various products and brands.
* Manage deadline-driven assignments, from kick-off to completion, while maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the product and brand.
* Participate in creative discussions and brainstorming sessions.
* Be prepared to hit the ground running, learn fast, ask questions and assert opinions in a professional and tactful manner.

Requirements:

* You think every assignment is an opportunity to do something great.
* Expert at writing B2B long-form copy for the financial industry.
* Knowledge of the financial services, data breach and identity protection industries.
* You are a master of long-form copy and genuinely enjoy researching and writing pieces on complicated technical topics.
* Able to play well with others but you still get what you need from people.
* 5+ years of copywriting experience with at least three in the financial or protection industry.
* Undergraduate degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Business or related field.
* You have the mastered the art of being organized and have great follow-through on complex projects with minimal supervision.
* You enjoy solving problems and are naturally curious
* Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite helpful, but not required
