Sr. Copywriter

Our client, a Marketing Consultancy, is current seeking a Senior Copywriter for a key opportunity at the agency.

You'll be responsible for generating ideas for B2B advertising and promotional copy, developing texts from draft stage through finished product. Work closely with creative and account team to ensure adherence to client’s marketing strategies, objectives within specified deadlines. Must be slavish to brand standards, voice and tone.

You will…

•Participate in strategic and tactical meetings internally and with client to develop campaigns reflecting client objectives
•Conceive and develop creative communication material for client’s product
•Work effectively with creative and account team on a day-to-day basis to ensure strategic goals and objectives are met
•Follow-through and communicate with design, planners, and project management to ensure smooth flow of projects to meet deadlines
•Review and edit all copy for clarity and proper grammar and punctuation
•Work with planners to ensure verification of claims and facts
•Present creative concepts at client presentations
•Participate in “brainstorming” team meetings
•Develop a complete understanding of market trends and marketing briefs
•Generate creative campaign approaches which are innovative and unique; concepts should address the marketing venue of the targeted audience; must understand the targeted audience and adjust copy as required
•Follow copy through agency process and review from original concept to finished piece
•Be a resource for the account team and creative team in solving creative problems
•Give support to Copywriters on team
•Participate in new business presentations
•Proactively solves client problems
•Establish rapport with client and be able to present ideas in an organized, professional and effective manner
•Perform other related duties as required and assigned by supervisor


Qualifications

•Bachelor's Degree in Communications/Advertising and/or healthcare-related discipline
•8-10 years of advertising agency experience (B2B Supply Chain preferred)
•A strong portfolio of B2B, supply chain work, demonstrating conceptual and tactical capabilities
