Company seeks Sr. Content Specialist to develop and manage content in support of company initiatives, internal/external communications and Marketing deliverables, including Web sites, white papers, case studies, Intranet, brochures, e-mail campaigns, magazines, newsletters and other mediums. The Sr. Content Specialist will focus on web site content and digital/social media content.

Ideal candidates will have experience and comfort with use of content systems.

Essential functions and responsibilities:
- Manage content, including articles for portal Web sites and newsletters
- Ability to write various types of content, including white papers/presentations, survey narratives; marketing plans, brochure copy, advertising copy, Web site content and copy for sales materials; e-mail and other campaign copy, editorial-style articles and newsletter copy; blogs, personal profiles, speeches, video and radio scripts and Intranet copy
- Develop new content, edit others’ work and refresh content across multiple channels
- Work closely with communications leaders to drive content strategy, high-quality, high-touch materials, with proper tone, messaging and effectiveness, providing value for company brand & core messages
- Update content in content management systems
- Ensure Web sites maintain a high level of quality and professionalism emphasizing style, efficiency and maintainability and that Internet sites comply with corporate messaging and communications standards
- Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO), including keyword strategy, key term discovery and optimized content development
