Sr. Business Continuity Analyst

Our fortune 500 client is looking for an experienced, high caliber Senior Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) Analyst with an enthusiastic interest in analytics to produce meaningful Resiliency preparedness and uptime metrics, reporting, and executive-style presentations that inform, improve and drive Resiliency business decision-making. Develop, establish, maintain, and communicate Resiliency (Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management, and Governance) preparedness metrics, uptime metrics, readiness metrics, and develop their Resiliency scorecards.

Terrific communicator to develop internal communication strategy and branded communication templates for Resiliency (Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management, and Governance) including but not limited to: monthly email updates, Global Resiliency Newsletter, hub site profiles, hub site Resiliency success stories, information bulletins, congratulations bulletins, BIA completion emails, BCP completion emails, DR plan completion emails, DR exercise completion emails, CM plan completion emails, CM incident response emails, appreciation certificates, PowerPoint presentations for all four programs.

Metrics Responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing metrics that measure compliance with ISO 22301 standard relating to company's Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management, and Enterprise.
• Define Sustainable Planner metrics reporting capabilities for BC and DR
o Present options to management for Sustainable Planner metrics reporting capabilities for BC and DR
• Using new metrics reporting, develop metrics Resiliency reporting process for BC, DR, Business Units, and Technology teams.
• Using new metrics reporting, develop and document standard policies, process, and procedures for Resiliency metrics reporting using Sustainable Planner
• Assist in establishing, tracking and reporting Resiliency Preparedness BC, DR metrics across monthly, quarterly, annually
• Define Metrics reporting capabilities for Enterprise and Crisis Management
• Using new metrics reporting, develop metrics reporting process for Resiliency CM and Enterprise, for Business units
• Using new metrics reporting, develop metrics reporting process for Resiliency CM and Enterprise for technology teams
• Using new metrics reporting, develop standard policies, process, and procedures for Resiliency metrics Resiliency CM and Enterprise reporting using standard tool
• Develop business impact data classifications for revenue business units in conjunction with Risk team
• Develop business impact data classifications for non-revenue business units in conjunction with Risk team
• Develop standards, policies, SOPs, for data mining and reporting metrics for business impact data
• Develop ROI metrics reporting for business units implementing DR recovery plans and using DR to mitigate Planned down time.
• Research external benchmarking for Resiliency metrics, reporting, and updating for global e-retailers
• Assist in development of automated Resiliency preparedness and uptime reporting for the enterprise, business units, and technology teams.
• Manage Resiliency preparedness and uptime metrics reporting process and score cards for Enterprise level, BC, DR, CM teams
• Manage Resiliency preparedness and uptime metrics reporting process and score cards for Resiliency BC, DR, CM for Business units that provide business intelligence and program performance visibility
• Manage Resiliency preparedness and uptime metrics reporting process and score cards for Technology teams
• Work with Compliance team to identify metrics reporting requirements and integrate into Resiliency metrics and reporting.
• Collaborate with program, functional, and technical management to facilitate responses to data collection needs and reporting requirements
• Integrate repository tools of information to coordinate and simplify metrics, reporting and presentations for various oversight committees
• Implements/ensures data quality and cleansing efforts and establishes/maintains change control processes
• Manage projects and project teams, develop plans and schedules to drive deliverables to on time and on budget delivery
• Identifies opportunities to streamline business processes and best leverage system based solutions
• Work with Enterprise manager on governance related updates such as policy, procedures, key controls, etc.

Communications Responsibilities:

• Develop standard look and feel templates for Resiliency monthly email updates, Global Resiliency Newsletter, hub site profiles, hub site Resiliency success stories, information bulletins, congratulations bulletins, BIA completion emails, BCP completion emails, DR plan completion emails, DR exercise completion emails, CM plan completion emails, CM incident response emails, appreciation certificates, PowerPoint presentations for all four programs.
• Develop and post Resiliency monthly email updates, Global Resiliency Newsletter, hub site profiles, hub site Resiliency success stories, information bulletins, congratulations bulletins, BIA completion emails, BCP completion emails, DR plan completion emails, DR exercise completion emails, CM plan completion emails, CM incident response emails, appreciation certificates, PowerPoint presentations for all four programs.
• Develop executive committee presentations, associated summaries and back up materials for required Resiliency program reporting
• Develop Resiliency status reports documenting progress against plan
