The ideal candidate will possess:
BA/BS degree, MBA is a plus.
Minimum five years experience in project environment. Ideally, seven or more years of experience in project environment, mostly as a business analyst in captive finance, financial services, and/or banking environment.
Must be self-motivated with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Must have ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Prior experience in a team environment and the ability to interface with all levels of management needed.
Major Areas of Responsibilities
- Analyze current business situations and areas of opportunities. Develop business cases and recommend solutions.
Gather and document business requirements. Run system test and UAT.
Support the implementation of business change.
Process Improvement (40%)
- Evaluate, prioritize, provide resolution, and implement system, process, or operational improvements.
Maintain compliance and competitive advantages for client.
Communicate status, training and resolution to corporate and field users.
Project Management (20%)
- Manage and support projects throughout
Project Lifecycle including: initiation, scoping, design, development, implementation and warranty.
Stakeholders include people from compliance, marketing, sales, business process, customer service, training, and IT.
Results oriented, strong communicator, problem
solving skills, self understanding, and leadership skills.
We're looking for business analyst who has worked within the business
teams, and less in the technical side. In other words, they were not
part of the IT team, but instead, part of the business team.
We're looking a person that's more of a business analyst, and less a systems analyst.
We do require a candidate that's able to utilize the Microsoft Office
Suite products including MS Visio and Project.
