As a Sr. Marketing/Brand Manager you will be providing leadership in the brand building
efforts of our clients Direct Delivery Service. The main purpose of the position is to delight target
consumers, build engaging and relevant brand campaigns and generate strong brand building results
both online and offline. In addition, the position will have oversight responsibility to ensure all
customer marketing activities are consistent with the articulated brand strategies and guidelines.
Mining deep consumer insights and update consumer portrait, consumer engagement funnel
Key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Contributing to the continued development of ownable brand propositions & big ideas
Creating engaging brand experiences for consumers when and where they are most receptive to brand contacts
Leading the creative development and execution of awareness building tactics
Establish our brand presence in Social Media by ensuring the successful execution of the
Key measurements for this position
Social Media strategy, community management, and development of strong content based programs (will act as lead contact for digital brand AOR)
Responsible for working closely with the acquisition, digital & current customer functions to ensure long-term brand strategy is translated into highly effective activation programs
Work in partnership with the Director of Marketing in developing and executing annual brand plans
Brand stewardship (development of brand assets & adherence to brand guidelines)
Partner with all communication & media agencies to ensure all activities contribute to enhancing the brand image
Tracking and monitor Key Brand health performance metrics
Responsible for maintaining a detailed, ensuring timely processing and forecast accuracy of the brand budget
In this role, you will be a team of one! You will be reporting to a Director, but you must be able to be autonomous in your role with little to no hand holding. They are looking for someone who can hit the ground running
This is not for a brick and mortar store, but strictly e-commerce, so MUST HAVE extensive E-Commerce Experience- this is not selling a product, but selling an "experience"
Strong communication skills are a must have!
Public Relations experience is a great plus!
This role is that of a Brand Steward-on the Communication side, where you will have to be the police of the brand identity, visual identity, as well as how it speaks and how it acts.
