Hasbro’s US Marketing Team has an immediate temp need for a passionate, results-oriented and innovative marketer to lead the regional strategy and key initiatives for our My Little Pony brand. You will drive the development and execution of brand strategy and multi-platform marketing plans, while managing brand financials and a marketing budget to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Partnering with internal and external teams, you will develop and execute integrated consumer and retail programs to drive business growth. You will ensure executional excellence, managing brand programs on time and budget. You will also effectively analyze real-time point of sale data to provide recommendations that impact day-to-day business needs, while effectively communicating with various teams in a matrixed organization.
Develop U.S. strategic business plans to achieve brand financial goals
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving brand revenue and profitability against financial targets
Create, execute and manage a fully integrated marketing plan, including consumer communications strategy, comprehensive media plan and consumer promotions
Develop brand financial strategy, including pricing and shipment plans; manage marketing budget across all categories
Own the development, analysis and communication of item-level forecasts, and partner with operations and logistics teams to manage inventory build plan
Analyze and track POS performance on an item-level to drive decision making, while keeping informed of competitive activity in the category
Provide timely, consistent and accurate communication of brand activity and key information to internal and external partners
Provide strategic input and direction to Global Brand Team on product line, financials and marketing toolkit assets
Partner with U.S. Sales Organization to drive brands at retail, including leading sales meeting presentations to customers and developing retailer-specific programs and activations
Plan and direct implementation of all retail account-specific POP executions
Partner with U.S. Licensed Consumer Products group to develop and execute a strategic franchise plans for My Little Pony outside of the toy category
