Sr. Analystics Associate: marketing/user experience

This is a 3 month contract with the possibility of converting top a permanent position at that point. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands and industry leaders.

You should have deep analytics background, familiar with website optimization, testing, and traditional
site measurement, and SiteCatalyst Adobe Insight. Endeca & Akamai experience a plus.

The successful candidate will conduct research projects that will lead to innovative and high quality
experiences for a variety of clients’ customers and stakeholders. This role will participate in all phases of
research for the purposes of formulating strategy, discovering opportunities, defining requirements,
and assessing designs.

Main duties and responsibilities:
Working with different teams to support strategy and implementation of analytics
through different partner sites.
Further developing strategy and analytics evolution for different partner sites.



Identify, understand, and prioritize problems and opportunities that impact solution
effectiveness
Assist in the production of distinctive points-of-view, business development materials and
marketing collateral
Conduct research and analysis that will determine and describe target users, audience, or
consumers
Prepare for and lead in-context interviews
Conduct usability studies
Analyze web analytics, user paths, user feedback / surveys, and usability study results
Distinguish different types of behavioral models
Translate themes into visually compelling frameworks
Develop task flows and user personas based on research and business requirements
Organize research findings into matrices or maps that highlight business opportunities
Lead heuristic reviews of web sites or design artifacts
Perform competitive and gap analyses


Requirements:
Strong Data Analysis Reporting

Omniture Insight, Discover or SiteCatalyst

Test & Target, SiteSpect, Monetate or Autonomy

Regular Expressions knowledge highly valuable

Implementation in above A/B Tools a plus

User Case Scenario & metrics development a plus

Statistical background an asset

Marketing Analytics

Interaction with clients a plus


3-5 years of online industry experience
Very detail orientated with the ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks in a timely fashion
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of the latest qualitative research and analysis techniques
In-depth knowledge of user experience disciplines (HCI, UI design, Usability, user centric
design processes)
Strong analytical and process-oriented problem-solving skills
Ability to function successfully in a fast-paced, collaborative, highly-matrixed organization
