Sr. Associate Marketing Specialist (biotech)

The Senior Associate Market Development Specialist for Global Services and Support will be responsible for executing global marketing tactics supporting the Professional services business including Customer Training and Compliance Services. Candidate will use both offline and online marketing channels to drive revenue and growth.This candidate will help promote the team's vision of enhancing the customer experience and own demand generation activities.
He/She will be motivated to learn and apply best-practice marketing methodology to identify new product offerings and create customer messaging. Candidate will coordinate and liaise with both external and internal cross-functional teams to foster alignment between Service Sales and Services and Support Marketing team.

Key Objectives of the Role:

Works closely with Associate Market Development Manager to set timelines and executes marketing programs for Customer Training & Compliance Services to create brand awareness, generate and nurture leads.
Contributes to the success of generating demand, supporting the global brand and determining optimal channel utilization.
Deploys marketing tactics utilizing a multichannel approach including print, digital, social and sales channels.
Tracks success of key programs and communicates program progress through developed report templates
Manages daily marketing operational activities for owned projects, including social media presence, maintaining an email publish calendar & tracking marketing spend
Assist in completing various marketing projects by processing them through the internal marketing planning system.
Regularly adhere to strict deadlines while keeping all active projects well organized and optimized.
May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.

Ability to learn quickly
Highly organized, independent contributor able to deliver on plans and deadlines
Exhibits good judgment, remains flexible, and is able to quickly respond positively to rapidly changing priorities and circumstances
Team player who is prepared to go the extra mile to accomplish critical objectives and therefore drive business and financial outcomes
Exceptional communication skills as well as analytical, project management and planning skills necessary.
Strong experience with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in a Marketing or Marketing Communications role

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Experience in life science industry marketing
Experience in web and social media marketing a plus


Education:
Must have Bachelor's Degree
