As a Senior Art Director, you will help unify our clients advertising and marketing touch point materials and support the organization’s need for creative services. Working closely with the Marketing Director, this role is ideal for an experienced, collaborative, hands-on creative leader who can take a project from concept to final delivery (including design and full production) and lead a team of outside vendors to complete complex projects with many moving parts. Engrained with a design thinking approach, along with a strategic business mindset, you thrive on solving problems from multiple angles. You are highly organized, adept at working with and adapting to a fast paced environment while working with external agency partners to produce top quality, consistent creative. This opportunity is a short-term project position of 2 to 4 months. You will be required to be onsite with their organization during this time.
What you will do:
Own and champion the evolution of a unified advertising creative and ensure all work aligns with the organization’s marketing strategies and the brand’s overall aesthetic and guidelines
Develop and update the necessary brand touch points for the organization
Assist in developing creative strategy and creative direction for material such as advertising (including digital and social media), promotions, packaging, and sales materials (handouts, events, environmental graphics, etc.)
Consult and provide recommendations on advertising campaigns being led by marketing and agency partners
Evolve existing brand systems to ensure all internal and external stakeholders are equipped to meet brand standards in their day-to-day operations
Closely coordinate and execute campaigns (print, digital and out of home) with a cadre of specialized vendors, designers, photographers and suppliers, providing creative direction and resource management
