Sr. Advertising Specialist

Growing team needs someone with leadership skills and prior experience in a creative, fast-paced environment, where you’ll manage and collaborate on timeline development for digital, social, and print projects. In this position, you will craft everything from process to strategy, and can execute a project from brief to completion. Your knowledge of advertising, media, and production processes—coupled with your desire to roll up your sleeves to get the job done—will help support a variety of marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
• Think strategically to influence planning based on third-party data and research
• Research media channels, media partners, and media opportunities to develop advertising plans and/or build a library of opportunities for future use
• Manage projects from brief through delivery, and act as a liaison between various departments
• Route work for team approvals, ensuring clarity of communication during routing process
• Build schedules and manage expectations while meeting deadlines
• Help craft scope of work for the coming year to assist with resource allocation
• Along with Advertising Manager, work on establishing processes and systems to manage workload for current and future projects

Requirements:
• Minimum of seven years of related experience
• Strong strategic and analytical skills
• Experience managing budgets
• Knowledge of overall advertising and production process
• Experience working in a creative field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and cross-team environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of design software and social media platforms a plus
• Bachelor’s or higher in advertising, marketing, or related field
