Sr. Account Manager

We are looking for a Sr. Account Manager to maintain and grow the portfolio of programs, projects and marketing campaigns with clients. You would work directly with clients and internal digital project managers and developers, creative traffic managers and designers, media producers and directors and analytical team members to manage and deliver upon day-to-day activations for digital and consumer packaged goods (CPG) marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a long-term relationship with our brand and digital clients by leading and owning the execution of integrated digital and consumer marketing campaigns and promotions for clients’ brands
- Manage all aspects of client’s branded marketing campaigns, including day-to-day work with internal creative, digital, PR, media services, client representation, operations and events teams
- Effectively balance the dual expectations of the client and the agency
- Manage departmental processes, recommend and monitor budgets and expenses while managing realistic client budget expectations, oversee internal department accounting (billing, job codes, reconciliation), and manage
internal project communication
- Lead internal cross-functional project meetings and external client status meetings and updates
- Communicate with the in-depth knowledge of, and be conversant in, clients’ business – their key issues, competitive situation and industry trends
- Produce and interpret analytical reports (including Google Analytics, Omniture, and other platforms) and make sound recommendations to internal teams and clients
- Generate and present comprehensive and well thought out ideas in clearly written and verbal formats
- Assist the Director with quarterly and annual account strategic planning

Requirements
- Min of 5-7 years of related digital and promotional consumer packaged goods & lifestyle and /or sports marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is a must (advanced education is a bonus)
- Previous agency experience in delivering digital, mobile and social programming for large and complex consumer packaged goods brands
- Expert client management and account management skills in retaining, managing and growing long term relationships is necessary to be successful on this team
- Digital content marketing experience in delivering online engagements through content management systems (Drupal or Adobe CQ5 is a bonus)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment while delivering with great attention to detail
