Primary Responsibilities
Client Relationship Development

  • Client relationship management of assigned accounts
  • Build trusting, collaborative relationships with clients of all levels
  • Represent the client?s point of view when reviewing work, and leverage this perspective when providing feedback to all parties
  • Be predictive and proactive to anticipate and address business and client concerns before they become issues
  • Look for opportunities to provide better client support

  • Client Business / Interactive Strategy:
  • Account planning and strategy
  • Lead strategic thinking for accounts, creative execution and new technologies
  • View strategic goals in a broader business context
  • Develop specific, measurable client business objectives
  • Develop strategies and tactics to support marketing objectives
  • Establish priorities for key projects

  • Account Growth:
  • Scope-of-work and budget development
  • Focus on capitalization of high-margin profit centers
  • Deliver revenue goals established in conjunction with management
  • Develop best/worst case scenarios for input into monthly financial plan

  • Manage Profitability:
  • Collaborate with owners to draft, negotiate and reconcile client contracts
  • Hours tracking
  • Project expense tracking
  • Project analysis and profitability

  • Project Management and Team Development:
  • Scope-of-work development
  • Project estimating
  • Freelance sourcing and contract setup
  • Timeline management
  • Status meeting preparation: Maintain status sheets and editorial calendar
