Sr Account Manager

A successful candidate will be motivated, organized, detail oriented and flexible; able to work in a dynamic, fast-pace environment; will be responsible for communicating with various teams – internal and external; demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects with quick turnaround times.

Essential responsibilities:
- Maintain clear, consistent face-to-face communication with internal team, clients, media and vendors to manage needs and expectations
- Demonstrate great interpersonal and communication skills, and develop strong relationships with internal team, clients, media and vendors
- Assist Agency Lead in managing day-to-day activities and projects
- Assess overall project workload, and escalate to Agency Lead if project demands will exceed creative/studio capacity
- Able to evaluate creative against approved strategy/brief and ensure brand look/feel across all channels
- Keep a pulse on all projects, meeting with project managers and clients regularly for status updates
- Work with project managers and creative teams to effectively complete projects against brief and deliverables, ensuring high quality creative but with an eye on deadlines and estimates
- Assist project managers with obtaining approvals, generating estimates and timelines, invoicing and billing reports, and overall project guidance
- Demonstrate ability to solve problems quickly and think proactively
- Effectively work under tight deadlines and multitask to manage time on projects;
must be willing to do whatever it takes to meet project demands

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- Advertising Agency background with 6 to 9 years of account management experience
- Experience across various communication channels, including but not limited to, broadcast, newspaper and magazine print, outdoor, direct mail and digital
- Knowledge of the retail electricity industry is a plus
