Looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive with integrated communications and digital marketing experience, preferable agency experience. In this support role, potential candidate will assist senior marketing staff to identify communication objectives and strategies, organize and develop scope to execute the successful completion of project goals and objectives.


1. Client Partnership: Build a trusting relationship with the Marketing partners; Manage a substantial amount of account workload; Anticipate business partner demands; Share ideas and opinions; Set and manage appropriate expectations; Provide exceptional service to our marketing partners.

2. Strategic Thinking: Present strategies ensuring main thought and insights support our brand promise and corporate objectives; Work with Business partners to define success of work.

3. Leadership: Oversee day-to-day management of your business; Ensure communication is timely and constructive; Guide internal and external meetings; Be concise and follow up on decisions ensuring all move in the appropriate direction. Be proactive – anticipate problems before they happen. Make sure the project team is aligned, and on-board to execute decisions.

4. Creativity: Establish a motivating and productive relationship with creative and marketing partners; Anticipate, understand and fulfill information needs across all projects you support; Present strategy to creatives; ensuring the work meets business objectives by providing insightful, candid and professional assessment; Display willingness to take a calculated risk – bring new ideas to the table.

5. Salesmanship: Work closely with creative to prepare presentations to the Business when needed; Present creative strategy to Marketing partners; actively listen and appropriately respond to Marketing’s feedback.

6. Teamwork: Give support and reinforcement to team members; Recognize and respect differing opinions; Establish appropriate priorities and expectations to internal team members.
